This document provides necessary contact information and approval signatures to allow certain tribal members the authority to discuss NAGPRA compliance with authorized representatives from the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus.

The purpose of this document is to provide guidance on how to implement campus policy UW-175, “Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA) Compliance,” on the UW-Madison campus.
